Our Core Values

  1. Dignity & Care: Every story is met with respect, kindness, and curiosity. You are heard, honored, and never rushed.

  2. Emotional Safety: We create spaces grounded in compassion and confidentiality so you can explore your story at a pace that feels right.

  3. Healing Through Connection: Growth happens in relationship. We nurture supportive, attuned communities where honest connection leads to meaningful change.

Elizabeth, Kepos Founder & Your Story Coach

I’m Elizabeth Robertson, a practicing corporate attorney, small business owner, and story coach trained in Narrative Focused Trauma Care through The Allender Center. I created Kepos for people who carry complex stories of heartache and harm; those who long to understand what has shaped them and who are courageous enough to hope for a more whole, grounded way of living. My work is rooted in deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit and the belief that healing becomes possible when our stories are given space to be seen, heard, and honored.

My Background & Heart for This Work

Elizabeth Robertson 0021.jpg.jpeg

As a multiracial woman of Jamaican and Greek descent who immigrated to the United States as a young child and grew up in a still de facto segregated Southern community, I understand what it means to feel on the margins of belonging. These experiences have shaped in me a genuine compassion for those who have been wounded by racism, cultural abuse, or who simply feel like “outsiders.” My story has taught me how to sit with people from all backgrounds tenderly in their pain, to see what is often unseen, and to build bridges across differences with empathy and respect. My journey into Story Work began by facilitating groups focused on healing racial harm and trauma; work that flows from both my personal experience and my sense of calling. I’m passionate about helping people heal from emotional wounds sustained in early life so they can experience greater peace, freedom, and connection in the present. This passion extends beyond Kepos: I serve as a Soul Care minister in my church and have guided story groups in various ministry settings. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed practice, spiritual care, and a deep reverence for the inherent dignity of every person

The Invitation

You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need to make your story presentable. You're invited to bring your full self; wounds, wonder, and all; into a sacred space where you'll be met with kindness, curiosity, and care.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create safe, compassionate spaces for women and men to explore how their past stories shaped them, so they can heal, grow, and move forward with greater hope, freedom, and clarity.
